Decor by David LLC has four primary functions that he targets.

First, home decorating which is the primary operation of his business. Our second function is working on organization to help life flow easier. Decor by David LLC also stages homes WITH the homeowner's items in order to give it a real home feeling versus potential buyers coming in knowing that everything in the house is staged through a company which in my opinion loses the authenticity of the dwelling actually feeling like a true home. In this process, there are times the company can provide items to help accessorize. Lastly, there are those individuals who don't want to spend the constant out pour of money continually replacing fresh flowers weekly or has a brown thumb so I will create silk floral arrangements.

Interior Decorator

My main function as an interior decorator is to plan and decorate interiors to fulfill the requirements of you, the client, and the function of your space. Regardless of the room, the furniture, color and accessories all need to harmonize together to provide you the essence of the desired feeling you wish to accomplish in order to know your income acquired the outcome you were seeking in order to maximize the utilization of a specific portion of your home.

Organizing

When your house is in a disarray, one tends to be also. This service is not coming in cleaning your home, but working to have a system of order with your home items. Home Staging

Most people think of "home staging" when they sell their home as having a large truck come in full of items to set up each room. As a cost reduction, I will stage with your own furniture, rearrange your furniture to either make an open area or a cozy conversation spot or perhaps move items to different rooms giving it a different vibe and if necessary utilize some of my own private home decor accents to change it up a bit.

Silk Flower Arrangements

We discuss a silk flower arrangement you have in mind, perhaps it's seasonal or all year round. Together we explore on-line or magazines arrangements that appeal to you and identify colors, types of flowers, size and then a vase to create the arrangement for you to set out and display. I personally mix silk arrangements in rooms with live plants or vases of flowers which provides a mixture of color; additionally, if you prefer silk arrangements you are able to bring in candles with an array of scents.
